- Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
- Return Policy for Non-Custom Orders: For non-custom orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the item.
- Variation in Products: Please note that due to the artistic and manufacturing nature of our 3D printed products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and appearance compared to the product images on our website. These variations are part of the printing process and do not constitute defects as there is no two prints that are the same.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Shipping and Lost Items
